The winter home of architect Frank Lloyd Wrights from 1937 until his death in 1959 at the age of 91. It is now the site of his School of Architecture and Foundation and is open to the public by tour. Wright felt very strongly about the connection between buildings and the landscape and this site is a wonderful example of how he turned his theory into practice.
